The scientific understanding of how nutrition and exercise support healthy aging, fitness and disease prevention is increasing daily, and we all need help keeping up with the latest research. Personal training and guidance can make an essential difference in creating optimal health by incorporating current health research into a customized wellness program.  As a personal trainer who is fascinated by and educated in nutrition, exercise and injury rehabilitation, I’m excited about the opportunity to help you meet your health and fitness goals.

My mission is to provide health training programs which combine exercise with nutritional guidance based on science and research; to build respectful, long-term relationships with individuals to meet their health maintenance, disease prevention, rehabilitation and recovery goals, and to pursue the mission with honesty, accountability and patience.
